For lunch, we serve a generous buffet. This includes: soup of the day, two main courses - one of which is vegetarian, a varied salad table, bread, water at the table, coffee/tea and a small dessert.
Our dinners feature real flavours and carefully selected ingredients, which are often locally produced and vary from season to season. Every season has its own delicacies. We are particularly partial to the sea, fish and shellfish. The sea is a mere 52 steps from the hotel. We choose ingredients and compose meals with loving care and regularly create new menus.

Lobsters, oysters, langoustines cooked in dill, crab claws, prawns and mussels cooked in wine are served with delicious accompaniments such as quiche with Västerbotten cheese, freshly baked bread, aioli and much more.
We light the barbecue and invite you to a feast by the sea. We serve a selection of grilled meats marinated in our own spice blends, and served with salads, salsa and various sauces.
