BOOKING TERMS

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

The booking is binding, once you have confirmed by phone or once the booking confirmation/booking number has been received. 

PAYMENT 

If you book an accommodation package through our website, you will need to pay the full amount for your stay at the time of booking.

If you book an accommodation package, spa treatment or other service by phone or email, you will need to pay in advance, either by using the payment link in your booking confirmation or at reception upon arrival.

Invoicing of accommodation is only done for companies and invoice documentation must be received by us before arrival. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Accommodation packages: You can cancel your accommodation package until 4 pm on the day of arrival. There is no cancellation fee. If you have already paid for your stay, the full amount will be refunded to your account. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.

Bookings that include accommodation and spa treatment: Cancellation must be made no later than 6 pm on the day before arrival. For cancellations made up until 8.30 am on the day of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations after 8.30 am will be charged in full. In the event of illness, the full amount will be refunded on presentation of a medical certificate.

Spa treatments: Cancellation must be made no later than 6 pm on the day before arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full. The above is applicable to groups of up to 10 people. Please contact us regarding rules for larger groups. This does not apply to our non-refundable packages.
