BOOKING TERMS

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION 

The booking is binding in that you have confirmed the booking at the booking call or that the booking confirmation / booking number has been received. 

Always tell us your reservation number when you contact us to add or change something to your existing reservation.

At check-in, the person on the reservation needs to show ID. If people in the same room arrive before the named person, they need to show the reservation number and ID.

PAYMENT 

  • If you book accommodation packages via our website, you pay the full amount of the stay in connection with the booking. 
  • If you book accommodation packages, spa treatment or other bookings by phone or email, you will pay in advance either via the payment link in your booking confirmation or at the reception upon arrival. 
  • Invoicing of stays is only done to companies and an invoice documentation must be received by us before arrival. 

CANCELLATION TERMS 

Accommodation package:
You have free cancellation and rebooking up to seven days before arrival. No cancellation fee will be added. If you have already paid for your stay, the full amount will be refunded to your account. Late cancellation or no-show will incur full charge. 

 If you have taken out cancellation insurance, your booking can be canceled and rebooked until 16.00 the day before arrival. The cancellation insurance is non-refundable (SEK 295) and will be charged to you shortly after cancellation. 

Spa treatments and day spa:
Cancellation must be made no later than 18.00 the day before arrival. Late cancellation or no-show will incur full charge. 

Table reservation
Cancellation of a table reservation no later than the same day the reservation is valid. Sunday brunch before 12.00 and supper/á la carte before 17.00.

Applies to private individuals.
Does not apply to our non-refundable packages.
