Severin’s serve well-prepared fish and seafood together with seasonal ingredients. Often with Nordic influences – always with freshly caught seafood on the menu.
Severins is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week.
BREAKFAST
Take a seat and enjoy breakfast in Severins’ dining rooms. When booking a package, you can choose between our traditional breakfast buffet or Severins’ à la carte breakfast, served at your table with a bread trolley, starter, main course and dessert.
You’re also welcome to join us for breakfast at Severins if you’re not staying at the hotel. The breakfast buffet can easily be booked online. To book the à la carte breakfast, please contact us at info@varbergskusthotell.se or +46 340 502 700.
LUNCH
Lunch is served at Severins daily from 12:00 to 15:00.
DINNER AT SEVERINS
Restaurant Severins is open for dinner seven days a week, with seating times between 17:00 and 21:30.
The evening supper is Severins’ dinner service, included in selected packages at Varbergs Kusthotell. Here, you choose the starter, main course and dessert you would like for your meal.
If you simply feel like enjoying something good to eat, you are welcome to choose freely from our à la carte menu.
BRUNCH AT SEVERINS
Every Saturday and Sunday, from 12:00 to 15:00, we serve brunch at Severins. Service is at the table rather than buffet-style, allowing you to sit back and be taken care of – it is the weekend, after all. Drinks are selected on site from our list.
BAR
Take a seat in Varbergs Kusthotell’s bar after a swim in the sea or a visit to the spa. The bar serves signature cocktails and classic drinks alongside Severins’ extensive wine list. If you’d rather have a lager, some snacks or a non-alcoholic drink, you’ll find those too. During the summer, the bar also opens onto the terrace.

GROUPS AND CONFERENCES
Are you a party of eight or more? You’ll be served the Almers Menu, our set menu for groups. If you stay an additional night, we’ll serve the Severins Menu on day two. Welcome to the table!
