At our restaurant Severins, we serve well-prepared dishes made from seasonal ingredients, often with Nordic influences – always featuring freshly caught items on the menu. Here, we serve a large breakfast every day, delicious lunches, and the evening menu, available à la carte or as a set dinner.
EVENING SET MENU
The evening set menu is served as a fixed menu and is included in some of Varbergs Kusthotell’s packages.
The set menu is available in two variations.
Day 1 is served on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Day 2 is served on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
BAR
Sit by the fire with something delicious to drink after your sea bath and spa visit. From the bar, we serve house cocktails and classic drinks alongside Severins’ wine list. Prefer a simple lager, some snacks, or a non-alcoholic drink? No problem.

Breakfast
Served from 07:00 to 11:00 every day of the week.
Lunch
Served from 12:00 to 15:00 every day of the week.
Dinner
Served from 16:30 every day of the week. The kitchen closes at 22:00.
All Day
Severins restaurant bar menu with selected dishes and snacks is available throughout the day.
