Continue your spa journey with a refreshing dip in the sea, followed by warmth and relaxation in one of our sauna environments. We are also pleased to introduce three brand new outdoor pools, ready for year-round bathing.

Step into the warmth and enjoy the steam sauna, the gentle pause sauna at a comfortable 50°C, or the hot sauna kept at 80°C. From the jetty just outside the cold bath house, the perfect way to end your sauna session is with a plunge into the sea. We promise—you won’t regret the dip or the rush of adrenaline that follows.

The sea lies just a stone’s throw west of the hotel entrance. Slip into your robe and slippers for a short stroll down to the jetty and sandy beach. The water temperature follows the natural rhythm of the seasons.

Everyone is welcome at the spa at Varbergs Kusthotell, but you must be at least 13 years old.
