We offer several different types of fitness classes, both de-stressing exercises and classes that get your pulse racing. Our classes are designed to suit everyone, regardless of whether you have just started working out or have a good workout routine. 

Group fitness classes must be booked at the hotel. If you are a fitness member, you can book a class online via your membership login. 


We have a fully equipped gym and an outdoor gym that is open 07:00-23:00 every day. Hotel guests have free access to our gyms for the whole duration of their stay. If you have a fitness membership with us, the membership terms and conditions apply. The outdoor gym is open to everyone.  


Children aged 12-16 are welcome to visit the gyms and participate in fitness classes when accompanied by an adult.

Aqua fitness
Fitness and strength training in our 32 C seawater pool. Gentle exercise that is suitable for everyone. 

Cardio interval training
Fun and challenging exercise where we focus on fitness using different stations, intervals and equipment, as well as your own body weight. Exercise that is suitable for everyone.  

Core interval training
Challenges both stabilising and functional muscles around the trunk. Features different time intervals and different equipment. Here you have the opportunity to challenge yourself in a varied workout that is suitable for everyone.

Medi Yoga
A therapeutic form of Kundalini yoga which focuses on soft movements and breathing.  

Morning yoga
Calm, relaxing, sitting and lying yoga poses.  

Muscle balancing
Balancing strength training at a calm pace with a focus on each individual muscle group. Balance, strength and conscious presence.  

Fitness training on bikes with varying tempo and load.  

Starts with fitness training on a bike and ends with varying functional strength.  

Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX) class 
Exercises using equipment where you use your own body weight to train strength, balance and flexibility. You train your whole body and can easily adapt the exercise to suit your own fitness level. Exercise that is suitable for everyone.    

By using breathing as a tool, body and spirit are united in this timeless way of performing different movements. The classes are based on Hatha yoga.
