If you have a wellness allowance, you can use it for massage treatments, foot care, foot and leg massage, infrared sauna, or our latest offering – roll massage. When you book a wellness treatment at Varbergs Kusthotell, you receive more than just a beneficial treatment. You also get access to our heated seawater pool, foot bath, experience shower, relaxation area, and sauna one hour before and after your treatment. Of course, you can also borrow a locker room, shower, cozy bathrobe, and towel from us.

Our wellness treatments are available for booking until December 29, 2024, after which they will cease due to a change of operator. Treatment packages and multi-session cards are no longer for sale.

We use the Kerstin Florian spa concept, offering treatments that provide both immediate and long-term results. Our treatment products contain natural ingredients rich in algae, mineral water, clay, herbal extracts, organic oils, antioxidants, essential vitamins, and minerals.

Foot and Leg Massage

A relaxing experience for tired feet and lower legs, performed by a foot therapist. The treatment begins with a foot bath to soften tired feet. After the foot bath, a soothing massage of the feet and lower legs follows.

Infrared Sauna

The infrared sauna offers many health benefits—from a deep cleansing detox sweat to pain relief, reduced fatigue, and better sleep. The infrared sauna uses heat waves to warm your body directly, allowing you to sweat more intensely with less heat. Read more about all the benefits of the infrared sauna.

The infrared sauna can be booked as a 30-minute treatment and is located in a separate treatment room. The session includes 30 minutes in the infrared sauna, followed by time for a shower afterward.

Experience relaxation and well-being with our automated roll massage, inspired by Chinese medicine. This method provides deep muscle and connective tissue massage that stimulates blood circulation, the lymphatic system, and interstitial fluids. At Varbergs Kusthotell, you receive a 40-minute full-body treatment using mechanical rotating wooden rollers and infrared light for optimal effect. Benefits include activated lymphatic system, improved blood circulation, increased metabolism, strengthened immune system, reduced cellulite, and relief from stiffness and pain. During your first visit, an instructor will provide an introduction and demonstration. After that, you can book individual sessions and perform the treatment on your own.
