Being selected by Swedish Meetings means that the facility meets high requirements for meeting rooms, accommodation, restaurant and security. Swedish Meetings classification program is the only existing classification of meeting facilities in Sweden and is a guarantee that all selected Swedish Meeting facilities consistently maintain a high quality.

What is classified?
Every two years, all facilities that are members of Swedish Meetings are visited by our partner Better Business World Wide's inspectors who carry out the classification. They assess, among other things, the following:

• The meetings/conference facilities
  Review of the equipment and the technical standard in the meeting rooms, ventilation, lighting and other conference services.
• Hotel and guest service
  Which service range do guests have access to and the equipment and technical standard of the hotel rooms.
• The restaurant
  Meals for groups, what special areas of knowledge do you have in food and drink and that you use the right suppliers.
• The quality work
  Review of the facility's quality and improvement work.
• Security work
  Swedish Meetings' security classification - a security work that is carried out and checked every year.
• Homepage
  Is the information sufficient and are there all the required functions?
• The entrance, reception and guest contacts
  Overview of the facility's public areas.
