Severin’s serve well-prepared fish and seafood together with seasonal ingredients. Often with Nordic influences – always with freshly caught seafood on the menu. Every day we serve our generous breakfast, delicious lunches, and the evening menu, either à la carte or as a set dinner.

The evening menu is included in some of Varbergs Kusthotell’s packages. Here, you choose the starter, main course, and dessert you would like for dinner.
Have you booked dinner for 8+ people? In that case, the party chooses one of the set dinner menus for groups.

BAR
Relax in the bar with something delicious to drink after your sea bath and spa visit. We serve our house cocktails and classic drinks alongside Severins’ wine list. Prefer a simple lager, some snacks, or a non-alcoholic drink? No problem.

Served from 07:00 to 11:00 every day of the week.
Lunch
Served from 12:00 to 15:00 every day of the week.
Dinner
Served from 16:30 every day of the week. The kitchen closes at 22:00.
All Day
Severins restaurant bar menu with selected dishes and snacks is available throughout the day.
