The following summer dishes are featured on our buffet table. Dishes may vary.

Various salads: Caesar salad, fresh vegetable salad, tomato salad, pasta salad, potato salad and several different dressings.

Fish and eggs: Different kinds of herring, boiled egg halves, West Coast mix, prawns and Västerbotten pie.

Cold cuts: Italian salami, air-dried ham.

Hot dishes: Various types of soups, potato gratin, vegetarian lasagne, chilli and sesame-baked salmon, mussels in white wine sauce, meatballs, pasta bolognese, slow-baked pork shoulder or beef brisket, chicken wings or chicken breasts and different types of sausages.

Bread and cheese: Different types of soft and hard breads, cheeses and marmalades.

Small desserts: Brownie, tosca cake, crumble pie, muffins, doughnuts, croissants, pannacotta, tiramisu, sweets and fruit.
