'Time Is Yours' begins with you sharing with your therapist what you hope to achieve during your visit. Your therapist will then guide you through the treatment options that best suit you and your skin. You’ll be offered one or several treatment combinations performed within your 40 to 80 minutes.

Pore cleansing, facial massage, exfoliation, or skin analysis? Below, you can read about all the treatment types that you can combine with your skin therapist to achieve the best results for you. We work with Kerstin Florian's spa concept—our treatment products contain natural ingredients, some sourced from the sea. These include algae, mineral water, clay, herbal extracts, organic oils, antioxidants, essential vitamins, and minerals.
You get a complete experience
When you book a treatment at Varbergs Kusthotell, you get more than just a beneficial facial treatment. You also gain access to our heated seawater pool, foot bath, experience shower, relaxation area, and sauna one hour before and after your treatment. Changing rooms, showers, a cozy bathrobe, and towels are, of course, provided by us.

Our spa treatments are bookable until December 29, 2024, after which they will be discontinued due to the operator change. Treatment packages and punch cards are no longer available for purchase.
Time Is Yours – Skin Analysis, Exfoliation, and Facial Mask
- Skin Analysis. During the skin analysis, your skin type and condition are determined. The skin therapist does this to identify which products to use during the treatment and which to recommend for your home care routine.
- Facial Mask. The skin therapists apply a mask based on your needs. The mask can be cleansing, moisturizing, softening, or exfoliating.

Time Is Yours – Face and Scalp Massage
- Facial Massage. A soothing, relaxing massage for the face, neck, and décolletage.
- Scalp Massage. A comforting massage for the scalp and neck.
Time Is Yours – Cleansing and Pore Cleansing
- Cleansing. The skin therapist cleanses your skin using one of Kerstin Florian's facial cleansing products.
- Steam. Steam is used to warm the skin and open the pores for cleansing.
- Pore Cleansing. One way to help balance the skin is by periodically emptying the pores to stimulate flow and reduce the formation of blackheads.
Time Is Yours – Eyelashes and Eyebrows
- Eyebrow Shaping. The therapist shapes your eyebrows according to your preferences.
- Tinting of Eyelashes and Eyebrows. Tinting of eyelashes and eyebrows, along with shaping the eyebrows.
Operator Change
Starting January 1, 2025, Ästad Vingård will take over operations from the current owners, Comwell Hotels. This will result in changes to the current offerings, and by the end of the year, the gym, fitness classes, and spa treatments will be discontinued to make room for new options.
