We have workout options for everyone - whether you prefer exercising in the water or on land, outdoors or indoors. - Tennis Book the hotel's own tennis court. SEK 150/h for hotel guests.
- Beach volleyball Borrow the hotel's beach volleyball court for a game in the sand.
- Table tennis A table tennis table and bats are available to borrow.
- Gym The indoor and outdoor gyms are open every day 07:00-23:00.
- Play There is a play area for children with sandpit and pirate ship outside the restaurant entrance.
- Workout with a personal trainer Book a session with a personal trainer for an individually tailored workout.
- Running trails and walks Enjoy the hotel’s beautiful surroundings, perfect for walking and running.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
In our scenic surroundings and location close to the sea, there is much to enjoy with friends and family. One tip is to hire our bikes for a bike ride along the beach promenade. Why not take a dip in the sea along the way.

- Bike rides Bikes are available to hire from reception for a bike ride along the beach promenade to Varberg fortress or Varberg market. SEK 150/3 hours for hotel guests.
- Swimming in the sea You can go for a swim from the sandy beach, cliffs or jetty

- Beautiful footpaths There are beautiful footpaths in the vicinity of the hotel. One tip is to visit Hästhagaberget and take in the view towards Kåsa and Apelviken.
- Check out the surfers On a windy day you can admire all the surfers in the bay.
