• Our reception is open 24/7 every day and can answer your questions at +46 340 62 98 00.
• You have your room until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Specific times may vary depending on your package; please refer to your confirmation for any different times. Tip! If you need to pay for your stay, consider doing so right after breakfast to avoid any potential lines at check-out.
• We accept payment by card, Swish, or through the AeroGuest app.
• The hotel offers all guests free wireless internet. Select the wifi network: kusthotellet.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors, on all outdoor patios, and at entrances.
• For parking directly adjacent to the hotel (inside the walls), a parking permit is required at a cost of 120 SEK per day. It is possible to book in advance, and the permit can be collected at the reception. Limited availability.
• For parking in municipal parking areas (outside the walls), a permit is required to park for longer than 10 hours consecutively. This permit is free and can be collected at the reception. Availability is not guaranteed.
• We offer charging stations for electric cars. The cost is 120 SEK per day, plus the cost of electricity consumption.
• Get around by bike. Bicycles are available for rent at the bike parking near the entrance. The bikes can be rented through the Donkey Republic app, which is available for both Android and iOS. You can rent a bike at one location and return it at another. Download the app for iOS here.

In our restaurant and bar, we serve flavours of the sea and season, together with ingredients from our surroundings. 

• Book a table in the restaurant with the headwaiter.
• Our bar is the perfect place to relax with a view of the sea. You can order tapas and drinks here.
• We do not offer room service, but you are welcome to order food and drink as take away and bring them to your room.
• Sandwiches and baguettes are available for purchase at the reception, ready to take with you on your excursion. You can also order a salad for take away, just ask at the reception and we'll arrange it. In the spa lounge, there are simpler dishes such as salads, shrimp sandwiches, and charcuterie boards, perfect for refueling during your spa stay.  
• Breakfast is served every day from 7:00 –10:15. During peak season, we have different breakfast times. You will receive the time for your meal at check-in.
  

Combine your spa visit with one of our popular and beneficial spa treatments. In the spa treatment concept Time for You, you book only the treatment time and choose the focus area: body, face or feet.

• Book your treatment appointment at reception. 
• Remember to arrive freshly showered in a bathrobe, slippers and undergarments or swimwear, well in advance of the booked time.
